In strict compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks, we enforce a strict age restriction policy:

- Minimum Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age to get a tattoo at our studio. Tattooing minors is strictly prohibited.
- Identity Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID (PAN Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Aadhar Card) must be presented physically at the studio before the tattooing session begins.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny service immediately if valid age proof is missing or if the identity documentation appears falsified.

Clients are required to sign a physical consent and disclosure waiver prior to starting any tattoo procedure.
To secure an appointment and respect our tattoo artists' creative timeline, the following rules apply:
- ▪ Advance Booking Deposits: A non-refundable token deposit is required to confirm your slot and cover design preparation time.
- ▪ Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, you must inform the studio at least 48 hours before your session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- ▪ Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation, as artists dedicate significant off-duty time to stencil design.
- ▪ Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may cause your session to be shortened or rescheduled, losing the deposit.
All custom artwork, sketches, stencils, and flash designs created by our artists remain the property of the studio:
- Ownership: Custom concepts drafted for your consultation cannot be taken away or tattooed by external artists without explicit written permission.
- Studio Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to take photographs and videos of the completed tattoo for our social media, portfolio galleries, and promotional campaigns.
Your health is our utmost priority. Clients must honestly disclose all medical and skin conditions during the initial consultation.
We do not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or blood-thinning medications. Our artists reserve the right to halt or decline a session immediately if a client is deemed unfit, unsafe, or non-compliant with studio hygiene practices.
The healing phase accounts for 50% of the tattoo's final appearance. The client bears full responsibility for following the aftercare routine.
- Aftercare Instructions: Detailed, custom instructions will be provided post-session. The studio is not liable for infections, fading, or color loss caused by negligence, swimming, scratching, or improper cream application.
- Touch-up Policy: Optional touch-ups are available at a nominal fee or complimentary within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days), provided aftercare instructions were strictly adhered to.
Pricing structures vary based on size, fine details, and custom work styles:
- Final billing calculations are performed directly at the studio based on the agreed per-square-inch rate or fixed piece price.
- Full and final payment is mandatory immediately upon completion of the tattooing session via Cash, UPI, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
We reserve the right to modify studio hourly rates, minimum pricing caps, or update these Terms and Conditions at any given point without prior individual notice. Your continued utilization of our website and scheduling services establishes an absolute acceptance of the updated terms.
